Large 1 br on second floor, 724 square feet, you can find all the information (floorplan, amenities, etc) from www.thearbors.com. 10 minutes' biking to UCD campus. Close to downtwon. Gated complex. Safe environment. Our rent is $885 (current rent is $985). Our lease ends Aug. 31, 2009. Moving date is flexible. If you take over our lease and move in by Oct, the Sep rent is free.
