The two bed-rooms and one bathroom are upstairs,the 0.5bathroom,livingroom,diningroom and kitchen are downstairs. Brand new carpet,very quiet and clean.The busline L is right away the apt.
The rate is $525/mon, deposit $250. one-year lease. Water,garbage and sewage is included.You pay 1/3 Gas and electric.

Your roomate is a very nice couple.My husband and I are very quiet and easygoing. The room is available from Sep.10.
